Dis-Traction

Traction is action,

In effortless fashion.

So what’s holding you back,

From flowing with passion?

Perhaps it’s the news or screens…

Social media or memes?

All the ‘noise’ keeps you wired,

Blocking you off from being inspired…

It keeps you in the same place,

Not expanding nor expressing.

Because if traction is action…

“Distraction” is depressing.
