Happiness Expires

Happiness is yours for the taking, but ONLY in this present moment. The same is true with joy, appreciation, and awareness.

Think you’re building up a stockpile by not enjoying it today? That’s not how it works.

The future is wonderful, but only because it will contain more days like today. How you feel now is how you will continue to feel in the future.

Happiness does not exist anywhere but here and now.

Happiness expires.

You cannot save it or store it.

Defer it to tomorrow,

It disintegrates today.
