I meditated every day for 4 years and this is how my life changed.

It’s been nearly 4 years since I began meditating and I haven’t missed one day...ever. ⁣

That first week, the effects were so profound that I knew “this” was what was missing in my life.⁣

Check out below for some milestones from the past 4 years, which I attribute to meditation at the root of it all. Remember that the benefits grew my practice deepened, but I experienced profound shifts and more happiness in my life almost IMMEDIATELY.⁣

Believe you read these words feel this deeply as truth: Meditation is NOT difficult, nor does it require becoming a monk. Simply decide that a few minutes a day is worth it. A few minutes to disconnect from an overstimulated society. A few minutes every day to disconnect from our own overactive and overthinking minds. A few minutes to connect with something deeper, something greater than everything on the surface. ⁣

Imagine how much more enjoyable life could be if you were a little more present in yours...⁣

Start small. Use a guide like the Headspace app or a coach. Just know that your mind is like a wild animal by nature, and it simply must be after sit and become obedient. ⁣

Meditation has personally brought me:⁣

🧘‍♂️ Rest from an overactive mind⁣

🧘‍♂️ Closer friendships and relationships ⁣

🧘‍♂️ So much more time⁣

🧘‍♂️ So much appreciation and love⁣

🧘‍♂️ A new perspective...from one of negativity and self-pity to empowerment and expectation of greatness⁣

🧘‍♂️ From depression, anxiety, and fear to joyfulness and expansiveness⁣

🧘‍♂️ From an angry, unhealthy marriage to a healthy, open, polyamorous relationship with my amazing wife⁣

🧘‍♂️ From an insatiable quest for money and “success” in business to a life of service, creativity, and passion every day and abundance in all forms⁣

🧘‍♂️ From working hard and playing hard to discovering alignment and enjoying the present moment on my path of least resistance⁣

🧘‍♂️ Newfound creativity in the form of writing, poetry, philosophy, and in the incredible new coaching programs I am offering⁣

🧘‍♂️ A knowing of who I truly am...and that I am so much more than simply a combination of everyone else’s thoughts and expectations of what I should be ⁣

🧘‍♂️ A knowing of how truly unique and powerful YOU are, and that it’s all of our jobs (as the most intelligent and creative beings on earth) to become the greatest versions of ourselves, enjoy our lives, and support each other on those unique journeys⁣

🧘‍♂️ A knowing that the odds are stacked against us, with incessant input from peers, media, government, family, religion, etc...and that meditation allows us to think and act for ourselves⁣

🧘‍♂️ A knowing that we are the most incredible and intelligent species on earth living in the greatest time there ever was. We can all live our lives in celebration of this every single day⁣
