Successful Yet Unhappy

You’re super successful, but you’re unhappy...

And you don’t know why.

Think about the word “success”...

Success...we all kind of understand the definition (or what we’re brought up

believing it means).

But what is the etymology?

What’s the origin of the word “success”?

It literally means TO TAKE THE PLACE OF SOMEONE ELSE.

As in “succeeding the throne” or Biden is Trump’s “successor.”

Which means he is successful because he has taken someone else’s place.

So the word that we base our entire career...and life around...

Literally means to become someone else.

Instead of following our own unique paths. Enjoying life.

Making happiness the priority.

So I ask you, if you are successful and unhappy...
