Take Time

Invest in rest,

You can't always be going.

Time never stops,

Ceaselessly flowing.

It passes by in action,

and in the still.

How you spend yours,

This is your will.

Always being productive...

That's not the way.

It's incredibly destructive...

A life with no play,

No time to relax,

Or to look around,

No time to breathe deep,

Or to feel the ground.

And when you're tired,

Devoid of elation,

You can still produce results,

But what will be your creation?

So as time rolls on,

No matter where you give.

Be sure you take time,

Take precious time to live.
